体外震波碎石术后并发症与护理干预

目的分析体外震波碎石术后出现并发症的原因,并提出护理干预措施。方法对我院碎石中心行体外震波碎石术治疗的680例泌尿系结石的术后并发症进行回顾性分析,并总结护理干预措施。结果本组术后出现血尿460例（67.8%）,肾绞痛385例（56.6%）,恶心、呕吐298例（43.8%）,泌尿系感染76例（11.2%）,石街52例（7.6%）和肾破裂出血8例（1.2%）。属于术后正常反应520例,轻度并发症100例,中度并发症52例,重度并发症8例,经相应处理后症状均缓解。本组治愈620例,有效50例,无效10例。结论体外震波碎石术在临床应用广泛,针对术后并发症应根据具体情况进行处理,以预防为主,防治结合,从而降低并发症的发生率。

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Complications and Nursing Intervention

Objective To analyze the causes of complications after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy(ESWL) and nursing intervention measures were proposed.Methods 680 cases of complications of calculus in urinary system after ESWL were analyzed retrospectively in the Lithotripsy Center of our hospital and nursing intervention measures were summarized.Results In this group,hematuria appeared in 460 cases(67.8%),renal colic in 385 cases(56.6%),nausea and vomiting in 298 cases(43.8%),urinary infection in 76 cases(11.2%),stone street in 52 cases(7.6%) and kidney rupture hemorrhage in 8 cases(1.2%),among whom,520 cases displayed normal response,100 cases were of mild complications,52 moderate and 8 serious.Symptoms of all cases were relieved after the corresponding treatment.The cured cases in the group were 620,the effective was 50 and the ineffective was 10.Conclusion ESWL has been widely used clinically.The postoperative complications should be dealt with according to the diverse conditions,and the policy of putting the emphasis on prevention,combining prevention with treatment should be implemented to reduce the incidence rate.
