卵磷脂络合碘治疗玻璃体积血效果的Meta分析

摘    要:目的评价口服卵磷脂络合碘治疗玻璃体积血的效果与安全性。方法计算机检索万方医学数据库、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisk)及Cochrane图书馆2000年1月~2010年12月中关于卵磷脂络合碘治疗玻璃体积血的随机对照试验,筛选纳入研究的文献。对纳入研究的文献进行质量评价,并提取资料,采用Rev Man 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共6篇文献462例491只眼符合标准纳入研究,其中高质量文献2篇。Meta分析结果显示,试验组总疗效优于对照组,OR=8.54,95%CI(5.14,14.21)。偏倚性分析结果显示本Meta分析结果存在发表偏倚的可能性较小。6篇文献中5篇对不良反应有描述,仅1篇报道卵磷脂络合碘引起1例轻度胃肠不适。结论从现有临床证据看,口服卵磷脂络合碘治疗玻璃体积血效果较好,安全性较高,但仍需要高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证和支持。

A Meta-Analysis of Iodized Lecithin in Treating Vitreous Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral Iodized Lecithin in treating the vitreous hemorrhage.Methods We retrieved the WanFang Medical Databanks,Chinese Biomedical CD Database(CBMdisk) and Cochrane Library during January 2000 and June 2011 for randomized controlled trials about Iodized Lecithin in treating vitreous hemorrhage.We filtered and evaluated the quality of the literature.Meta-analysis was conducted by Rev Man 5.0 software.Results 6 records for indexes included 462 cases and 491 eyes met the criteria for entry.Two in the records were of high quality.Experimental group had better results than control group in general curative effects,OR=8.54,95%CI(5.14,14.21).The deflective analytic result of Meta-analysis showed little possibility of deflection.We had 5 papers about adverse reaction in 6 papers,and just 1 paper about slight gastrointestinal discomfort due to Iodized Lecithin.Conclusion The existing clinical evidence shows that oral iodized lecithin in treating the vitreous hemorrhage has better and safer,results but we need further high quality randomized controlled trials to prove it.
