雌激素受体及孕激素受体在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达

目的：测定雌激素受体（ER）及孕激素受体（PR）在涎腺腺样囊性癌（ACC）中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法：回顾性分析42例ACC患者的临床资料，用免疫组化方法检测ER和PR在ACC及正常腮腺中的表达，分别比较其与临床病理的关系。结果：ER在ACC中阳性率为38．09％。在正常腮腺中的阳性率为71．13％。两者有统计学差异（P=0．030）。PR在ACC中未测到表达，在正常腮腺阳性率为64．29％。ER在ACC中的的表达与性别、年龄、临床分期和病变部位无关（P〉0．05），与组织分型及远处转移有关如〈0．05）。结论：ER及PR可能对ACC的发生发展及转移有一定的影响。

The expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in adenoid cystic cancer

Objective:To study the expression estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in Adenoid Cystic Cancer(ACC) and theirs relationship with clinical information.Method:The clinical data of 42 ACC were analyzed retrospectively.The immunohistochemistry SP method was used to study the expression of ER and PR in 42 cases of ACC and 14 of normal parotid gland tissue.The gender,age,clinical stage,location of the tumor,pathological type and metastasis were compared between ER positive and negative group.Result:ER were positively expressed in both ACC(38.09%) and normal parotid gland tissue(71.13%) while its positive expression rate were letter in ACC(P=0.030).PR were just positively expressed in normal parotid gland tissue and its positive expression rate was 64.29%.In this study,the expression of ER was significantly correlated with pathological type and lymph node metastasis status(P<0.05),but not with gender,age,clinical stage,location of the tumor(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of ER and PR may play a role on the carcinogenesis and progression of ACC.
