| 摘 要： | 根据目前远程医学发展的现状，提出了发展远程医学要坚持信息化建设与管理并举，逐步克服“异构现象”，实现与全军医院信息系统之间的无缝链接；坚持外包与自研相结合，开发远程医学专业应用软件，强调远程医学资源的共享利用。

| Abstract: | According to the present situation of telemedicine development, the author proposed to develop the telemedicine combining the informatization construct and management simultaneously, overcomes ＂The Alloisomerism＂ gradually, realizes the seamless link with hospital information system, insists the integration of the outsourcing with independent research, develops telemedicine specialized application software, and stresses the telemedicine resources sharing. |
