经皮二尖瓣球囊成形后二尖瓣关闭不全及其原因分析

目的：分析经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术（PBMV）并发二尖瓣关闭不全（MR）的原因，方法：对226例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄经PBMV术后发生中，重度MR患者手术前的超声心动图与临床情况，与术后无MR或轻度MRI患者进行对照分析。结果：术后发生明显MR患者的术前超声积分，心功能年龄显著高轻或无MR者。结论：术前高超声积分是预测PBMV术后发生MR的重要指标，心功能减退和年龄她具有重要的参考意义。

Analysis on the causes of mitral regurgitation after percutaneous transvenous mitral valvuloplasty

Objective To analyze the cause of mitral regurgitation(MR) after percutaneous balloon valvuloplasty (PBMV). Methods Echocardiographic and clinical parameters of 226 cases of rhumatic mitral stenosis before and after PBMV were compared between patients developed moderate or severe MR after intervention and patients without or mild MR. Results Pre operative echocardiographic score, cardiac function and age of patients with moderate or severe MR were significantly higher than that of patients without or mild MR. Conclusion The increase of pre operative echocardiographic score is an important predictive factor of MR, and cardiac dysfunction and age may also play an important role in the selection of patients for PBMV.
