| 摘 要： | 血小板生长因子（ＰＤＧＦ）能明显地影响细胞肌醇磷酸代谢，在亲代ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３成纤维细胞（简称ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３细胞）和多瘤病毒ｍｉｄｄｌｅＴ抗原转化的ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３成纤维（简称ＭＴ３细胞）中，表现出不同的应答。在ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３细胞中，ＰＤＧＦ刺激１ｍｉｎ时，表现为肌醇－１、４、５－三磷酸［Ｉｎｏｓｉｔｏｌ１，４，５－Ｔｒｉｓｐｈｏｓｐｈａｔｅ；Ｉｎｓ（１，４，５）Ｐ３］明显地增加并达到峰值，持续时间的３￣４ｍ

| Abstract: | DGF induces different cell response in the parant NIH3T3
cells and polyoma middle T antigen-transformed cell line MT3 cells.
Firstly, in NIH3T3 cells, PDGF causes a significant increase of
inositol1,4,5-trisphosphate Ins (1,4.5) P_3 in 1 min of stimulation
with a maximal value,which lasted for 3-4min,formed a large and wide
peak.In contrast,in transformed MT3 cells , the amount of Ins(1,4,5
)P_3 reached the peak in 30 sec of PDGF stimulation, and the
increasing duration was very short,formed a small and narrow peak.The
inhibition of PDGF-stimulated phosphoinositide(PI) metabolismin
transformed MT3 cells was stipposed to be related to the influence of
polyomavirus middle T antigenon the properties of PDGF receptors |
