| 摘 要： | 本文利用ｈＥＧＦ作为抗原制备出鼠抗ｈＥＧＦ抗体。该抗体经纯化后用于兔角膜细胞培养，确定其生物学活性作用。通过免疫组织化学上的应用，证明人鳞状皮肤癌组织细胞表面含有ＥＧＦ，并对其应用意义进行了初探。

| Abstract: | ntibody against hEGF was prepared in mice,In cultured rabbit corneal cell the purified antibodyinhibited the cell growth stimulated by EGF and indicated the biological activity of anti-hEGF.EGF ex-isted in squamous-cell epithelioma was showed by immunohistochemical assay.The results suggest that this research work is useful for clinics. |
