正常鼠和免疫鼠CD3AK细胞和LAK细胞杀伤活性的比较研究

实验取正常鼠和Ｐ８１５肿瘤细胞致敏的免疫鼠脾细胞，经抗ＣＤ３抗体与低剂量ＩＬ－２或高剂量ＩＬ－２分别诱生为ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞和ＬＡＫ细胞，用改良的乳酸脱氢酶释放法以Ｐ８１５细胞和ＹＡＣ－１细胞为靶细胞，测定ＣＤ３ＡＫ和ＬＡＫ细胞的杀伤活性。结果表明：正常鼠ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞对Ｐ８１５细胞的杀伤活性高于ＬＡＫ细胞，对ＹＡＣ－１细胞的杀伤活性低于ＬＡＫ细胞。免疫鼠ＬＡＫ细胞对Ｐ８１５细胞的杀伤活性明显增高，高

The Comparison of Cytotoxbity between CD_3 AK and LAK Cells Derivcd from Normal and Immunized Murine Spleen Cells

D_3AK and LAK cells were obtained by inducing normal or P_(815) cell-immunized murine spleen cellswith anti-CD_3 antibody and low dose IL-2 or high dose IL-2 alone. Cytotoxicity of CD_3AK and LAKcells was determined by LDH ase releasing method with P_(815) or YAC-1 cells being used as target cells.The results showed thatthe cytotoxicity of normal murine CD_3 AK cells was higher than that of LAKcells whenP_(815) cells were used as target cells,but lower than that of LAK cells when YAC-1 cells wereused as target cells; and that the cytotoxicity of immunized murine LAK cellstarget cells were P_(815)cells) increased remarkably,higher than that of normal LAK and immunized CD_3AK cells,This experi-ment suggested that CD_3AK cells has potent cytotoxicity, nevertheless it could not replace LAK cells,and immunized murine LAK cells was still useful in anti-tumor therapy.
