| 摘 要： | 目的 观察三氧化二砷注射液 (As2 O3 )对急性早幼粒细胞白血病 (APL)初治患者的临床疗效。方法 三氧化二砷治疗APL初治患者 2 4例 ,继以DA或HA方案巩固强化治疗。结果 2 4例患者完全缓解率 (CR) 83.3%。 2 0例随访患者均成活 ,最长 5年。中枢神经白血病 (CNSL)发生 9例 (37.5 %)。结论 砷剂用于APL初治患者 ,具有CR率高 ,复发率低 ,不良反应轻 ,且与全反式维甲酸 (ATRT)无交叉耐药性等特点 ,是治疗APL较理想的制剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of arsenic trioxide (As 2O 3) in acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL) patients. Methods As 2O 3 was given to twenty-four previously untreated APL patients ,and DA or HA regimens were used as maintance treatment. Results Complete remission rate(CR) was 83.3%. The longest survival time among twenty follow-up surrey patients was five years .There were 9 cases with central nervous system leukemia (CNSL) (37.5%). Conclusion The CR rate was high,the relapse was low , the side effect was mild ,and no cross drug-resistance with all-trans retinoic acid(ATRT). As 2O 3 was a new promising differentiation-inducing agent for APL. |
