2010年上海市闵行区医疗机构消毒灭菌监督抽检结果

目的掌握医疗机构消毒隔离工作现状,加强医院消毒与感染控制管理水平。方法根据国家卫生标准和规范,对上海市闵行区10家医疗机构的9个重点科室进行消毒灭菌效果监督抽检。结果共抽检样品230件,合格206件(89.57%)。戊二醛消毒剂含量的抽检合格率低于其他样品,2家新设立医疗机构样品合格率明显低于非新设立医疗机构。结论闵行区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量发展不平衡,需要对重点医疗机构和重点部门加强监督管理,提高医疗机构自身管理水平。

Results of sampling inspection for disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions of Minhang District in Shanghai

[Objective]To know the present situation of disinfection and isolation in medical institutions,improve the control and management level of hospital disinfection and nosocomial infection.[Methods]Based on the national health standard and criterion,the sampling inspection for disinfection and sterilization effect was conducted in 9 key departments of 10 medical institutions in Minhang District.[Results]Among 130 samples,206(89.57%) were qualified.The qualified rate of glutaraldehyde content in disinfectant was lower than that of other samples.The qualified rate of 2 newly established hospitals was lower than that of other hospitals.[Conclusion]The disinfection and sterilization quality in medical institutions of Minhang District develops unevenly.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management in key medical institutions and departments,and improve the self-management level of medical institutions.
