针麻复合颈丛麻醉在经前路颈椎手术中的应用观察

目的观察针麻复合颈丛麻醉实施经前路颈椎手术的临床应用效果。方法随机将60名颈椎间盘突出症(CDH)和脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)分为A、B两组。A组为针麻复合颈丛组,B组为单纯颈丛组。两组颈丛阻滞方法及用药方法相同,术中观测病人血压、脉搏、心电图,是否需加用局麻及改为全麻。结果 A组麻醉效果优于B组。结论针麻复合颈丛麻醉用于前路颈椎手术麻醉效果肯定,能减少局麻药的用量及降低全麻的几率,方法安全。

Observation of Combined Acupuncture and Cervical Plexus Anaesthesia Applied in Cervical Operation by Anterior Route

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of combined acupuncture and cervical plexus anaesthesia in cervical operation by anterior route.Methods Sixty cases of cervical disc herniation(CDH) and cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A received the combined acupuncture and cervical plexus anaesthesia,and group B received only cervical plexus anaesthesia.The same methods of cervical plexus block and medications were used in both groups.The patients’ blood pressure,sphygmus and electrocardiogram in the operation were observed.Results Group A had a better anesthetic effect compared with group B.Conclusions Combined acupuncture and cervical plexus anaesthesia has a definite efficacy in cervical operation by anterior route,which is a safe method to reduce the dosage of local anesthetics and probability of general anesthesia.
