| 摘 要： | 论述了区域卫生信息化建设可持续发展的基本含义及其外部环境。对政府在区域卫生信息化建设可持续发展中的作用空间，可持续区域卫生信息化的机制建设进行了研究。针对当前区域卫生信息化建设的热潮，指出必须把“可持续发展”这个观念贯穿在整个区域卫生信息化建设的过程中。

| Abstract: | This paper states the meaning and the external environment of sustainable development of HIE（Health Information Exchange）,and makes the research on the role which governments play at the sustainable development of HIE and the mechanisms of the sustainable development of HIE. For the current construction boom of HIE, it points out that the concept of sustainable development should be hold across the whole process of HIE construction. |
