2007年浙江省嵊泗县健康人群麻疹、百日咳、白喉、破伤风监测分析

目的评价浙江省嵊泗县疫苗接种效果和人群免疫水平情况。方法随机抽取健康人群248名（包括个别外来流动人群）开展了人群麻疹、百日咳、白喉、破伤风抗体水平监测分析，用微量血球凝集抑制试验检测麻疹特异性IgG抗体，用试管凝集试验检测百日咳凝集抗体，用间接血凝试验检测白喉抗毒素和破伤风抗毒素。结果本次检测健康人群麻疹血清抗体阳性率为72.18%；百日咳血清抗体阳性率为80.74%，保护率为32.38%；白喉血清抗体阳性率为阳性率为54.25%；破伤风抗毒素达保护水平占72.18%。结论当前人群疫苗免疫保护水平尚有不足，可能与个别外来流动儿童未完成全程接种,个别疫苗接种程序、剂量改变以及海岛疫苗运输冷链条件差，个别批次疫苗质量是否可能下降等因素相关，值得进一步探讨。

Surveillance of measles,pertusis,diphtheria and tetanus among healthy population in Shengsi islands,2007
