| 摘 要： | 目的 对实验性肾脏肿瘤进行造影肾能量图研究，通过分析其造影动态过程及成像特点，造影肾能量图在对肾局限性病变诊断中的意义。方法 种植VX2肿瘤于大白兔肾脏，种植术后定期进行造影能量图检查，观察肾肿瘤的生长情况。结果 造影能量图较二维灰阶成像能更清楚地显示实验性肾肿瘤轮廓边缘，能发现很小的病灶，其发现时间更早，检出率更高，对肿瘤内部血流更敏感。结论 造影能量图有效果显著等优势，在肾脏局限性病灶的影像诊断中有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyses the different morphologic change of VX 2 tumor of rabbit kidney in power Doppler sonogram of kidney during intravenous administration of FX530 as bolus.Methods After maded 5 experimental kidney tumor (VX 2) model of rabbit successfully, the whole contrast enhanced process and the imaging character were observed every week.Results Contrast color power Doppler sonogram had following advantages comparing with 2D imaging and normal Doppler imaging: higher successful rate of founding tumors,needing very low dosage, very markedly contrast enhanced effect, clearer to show tumor, and showing very small tumor.Conclusions The contrast color power Doppler sonogram of kidney is a very hopeful diagnosis way. |
