摘    要:目的:探讨三康胶囊对高原人体运动自由基代谢和血乳酸(BLA)的影响。方法:对进驻海拔3700m高原1年的10名健康青年在服药前和服药第15天分别采用功率自行车进行渐增负荷运动,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和BLA含量。结果:服药后较服药前运动后SOD增高,MDA、BLA降低,有非常显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论:三康胶囊能明显抑制高原运动造成的自由基损伤,具有提高运动能力,延缓运动性疲劳发生的作用,是一种很有前景的抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗幅射纯中药制剂。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of Sankang capsule on free radical metabolism and blood lactate after exercise at high altitude.Methods: Ten healthy young men who stayed at high altitude for one year pedaled the EMG-bicycle-ergometer before administration and after taking Sankang capsule for 15 days,and the resistance was progressively increased.Superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and blood lactate(BLA) were measured.Results: After administration of Sankang capsule for 15 days,SOD was increased markedly,and both MDA and BLA were reduced significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion: Sankang capsule can restrain free radical damage after exercise at high altitude,improve work ability and relieve motility tiredness.It is an anti-hypoxia,anti-weariness,radio-resistance Chinese herbal medicine.
