中下段直肠癌术后局部复发的原因与预防

目的:探讨中下段直肠癌术后局部复发的原因与预防.方法:回顾性分析距肛缘8 cm以下的直肠癌147例手术治疗结果,对复发原因进行了分析.结果:术后复发者29例,复发时间为3～38个月,复发与病理类型,病期与术式选择有一定的关系.结论:根据不同病人的病理类型、病期及肿瘤的位置选用合适的术式,完整地切除直肠系膜及清除癌旁组织是提高临床疗效的重要条件.

Cause and Management for Postoperative Local Recurrence of Middle/lower Rectal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the causes and prevention of postoperative local recurrence in middle/lower rectal carcinoma Methods The data of 147 cases of operated rectal carcinoma with the distance of 8 cm from the anus were analyzed retrospectively. Results 29 cases were fund local recurrences. The recurrence time was 3 - 38 months. The recurrence was related to the histological type, depth of invasion and the resection method. Conclusion The histological type, depth of invasion, unradical resection of tmnor margin and unscientific nanal preservation are the the prominent factors for the postoperative recurrence of middle/lower rectal carcinoma.
