某部队超重官兵的疲劳睡眠及心理状况调查

目的调查超重官兵疲劳睡眠及心理状况,为采取干预措施提供参考。方法采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI）量表、疲劳量表-14（fatigue scale-14,FS-14）和精神症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist,SCL-90）对某部队1582名官兵的疲劳睡眠及心理状况进行调查分析,分为超重以上组[体质量指数（body mass index,BMI）≥24 kg/m2]349名官兵和正常组（18.5 kg/m2≤BMI〈24 kg/m2）1233名官兵。结果超重以上组官兵睡眠指数、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、服用药物评分均明显高于正常体质量官兵（P〈0.05或0.01）;疲劳评分和SCL-90评分在正常组和超重组官兵无明显差异（P〉0.05）;睡眠指数、疲劳与SCL-90评分呈明显正相关（P〈0.01）。结论超重以上官兵睡眠质量较差,需重点关注。

Investigation of Fatigue Status,Sleep status and Psychological Status of Overweight Armymen in South China

Objective To investigate the fatigue status, sleep status and psychological status of overweight army- men in South China command, so as to provide evidence for appropriate interventions.Methods A total of 1582 armymen in south command were investigated using Pittsburgh sleep quality index and fatigue scale-14 （FS-14） ,Symptom Check- list （SCL-90） ,The subjects were divided into normal weight group （18.5〈body mass index （BMI）〈24） and overweight group （BMI〉24）,which contained 984 and 208 subjects respectively.Results The sleep quality, sleep times, sleep drug intake, sleep disturbance and sleep index of over weight group were significantly higher than those of normal weight group （P ~0.05 or 0.01）.Fatigue Status and psychological status were not significantly different between the two groups.Fatigue Status and sleep index were positively related with psychological status. Conclusion Overweight armymen have worse sleep status and should be noticed.
