摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler ultrasound,CDUS)在神经导管桥接修复缺损神经再生临床评价的可行性。方法对10例周围神经缺损患者进行神经导管桥接修复术,并在术后采用超声连续动态观察缺失神经再生生长状况。结果术后每3个月超声检查,密切观察导管内缺失段神经变化;6个月后神经导管内壁上见神经纤维束细线状爬行生长显示明显;12个月后神经导管管壁逐渐模糊、断续,提示导管材料发生降解,导管内缺损处再生神经纤维束排列逐渐规则、尚均匀;同时观察导管内神经血流情况。结论超声在临床评价神经导管桥接修复缺损神经的方面具有潜在应用价值。

Evaluation of PRGD Composite Nerve Conduit in Repairing Peripheral Nerve Defect with Color Doppler Ultrasound

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility of color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) to assess the repair effect of the damaged nerve regeneration induced by the nerve conduit bridging.Methods Ten patients with poor function- al recovery of nerve accepted the never conduit bridging operation.The situation of nerve regeneration was observed con tinuously by using ultrasound examination.Results Ultrasound examination was taken to observe the damaged nerve's changes in the nerve conduit every 3 months after the operation.6 months later, the creeping growth of the bundle of nerve fibers along the inner wall of the nerve conduit was obviously clear.After 12 months, the wall of the nerve conduit was am- biguous and incontinuous, which suggested that the nerve conduit became degraded, while the regenerated nerve fibers grew regularly and homogeneously. At the same time, new nutrient vessels of the damaged nerve in the nerve conduit were found.Conclusion Ultrasound has potential application value in clinical evaluation of nerve conduit bridging repair effects.
