| 摘 要： | 当前国内外已经研发了一系列慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B, CHB)治疗性疫苗,主要有蛋白类疫苗、T细胞表位肽疫苗、DNA疫苗和细胞类(树突状细胞等)疫苗等. 本文对国内外相关乙型肝炎治疗性疫苗的研究进展进行综述,对存在问题进行讨论分析,并提出解决方案,以期为治疗CHB的临床研究提供参考.

| Abstract: | A series of therapeutic vaccines against chronic hepatitis B (CHB), including the ones of HBV protein, the specific epitope peptide, DNA plasmids and cells (dendritic cells), have been studied and developed. The authors present a literature review on the research progress of therapeutic vaccines against hepatitis B and propose a solution for the obstacles we are facing during the de-velopment of therapeutic vaccines, so as to provide a reference for clinical research for management of CHB. |
