摘    要:目的:检测呼吸系统急性炎症病人血清细胞质胸苷激酶1(TK1)水平,探讨其与呼吸系统肿瘤病人的异同.方法:以呼吸科病人为检测对象,采集急性炎症及肿瘤病人血清样本,分别作为呼吸系统急性炎症组(炎症组)和呼吸系统肿瘤组(肿瘤组),并以健康体检人群作为对照组.比较各组TK1水平,并分析炎症组TK1和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平2项指标之间的相关性.结果:炎症组和肿瘤组血清TK1水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01);炎症组的TK1水平显著高于肿瘤组(P<0.01);炎症组TK1与CRP水平呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01).结论:呼吸系统炎症病人血清TK1水平较呼吸系统肿瘤病人和健康人群明显增高,且与CRP水平高度相关.

Abstract:Objective:To compare the serum level of thymidine kinase 1 between respiratory inflammation and lung cancer patients.Methods:The acute inflammation patients,tumor patients and healthy people were divided into the inflammation group,tumor group and control group,respectively.The levels of TK1 between three groups were compared,and the correlation between TK1 and C-reactive protein(CRP)in inflammation group was analyzed.Results:The serum levels of TK1 in inflammation group and cancer group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The serum level of TK1 in inflammation group was higher than that in cancer group(P<0.01).The TK1 level was significantly positively correlated with CRP level in inflammation group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Compared with tumor patient and healthy people,the serum level of TK1 in patients with respiratory inflammation significantly increases,and which is highly correlated to the CRP level.
