61例直肠类癌患者内镜下治疗的回顾性分析

目的 评估直肠类癌患者行内镜下治疗的有效性及安全性.方法 回顾性分析61例直肠类癌患者的临床资料,对其内镜下治疗的切除率、并发症发生率及随访资料进行回顾性分析.结果 61例直肠类癌患者病理检测均达到治愈切除术标准,术后出血6例,无穿孔病例,均经药物治疗痊愈;术后中位随访时间为18个月,无复发及转移.结论 对于直径﹤1.5 cm、无转移、未侵及肌层的直肠类癌患者,行内镜下切除是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法.

A retrospective analysis of endoscopic therapy in 61 patients with rectal carcinoids

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic therapy on rectal carcinoids. Method The clinical data of 61 cases of patients with rectal carcinoids were retrospectively summarized for the resection rate, inci-dence of complications and follow-up data of endoscopic therapy. Result All of the 61 patients were curably resected based on histopathological test, 6 patients suffered from postoperative bleeding and revolved by medication, no patient suffered from perforation. The patients were followed up for a median of 18 months with no recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion Endoscopic therapy is safe and effective for patients with rectal carcinoid, which is less than 1.5 cm in diam-eter, with no metastasis and muscular invasion.
