阿奇霉素联合布地奈德混悬液与沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效与安全性评价

摘    要:目的:探讨阿奇霉素联合布地奈德混悬液与沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效与安全性.方法 :选择肺炎支原体肺炎患儿65例,随机分为对照组及观察组.对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合布地奈德混悬液及沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗.比较2组治疗前后肺功能的情况,患儿完成1个疗程治疗时疗效,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果 :观察组患儿在治疗后最大呼吸中段流速、用力呼气25%流速以及用力呼气50%流速均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),观察组总有效率96.97%,高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间皮疹、胃肠系统反应、丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高以及局部疼痛反应等发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01).结论 :阿奇霉素联合布地奈德混悬液及沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,能显著改善患儿的气道功能,提高临床治疗疗效,减少不良反应发生.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the curative effects and safety of azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension liquid and salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods:Sixty-five children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension liquid and salbutamol atomization inhalation. The lung function before and after treatment, clinical effect after 1 course of treatment and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the maximal expiratory flow(MEF) 25 to 75,MEF25 and MEF50 in observation group significantly increased after treatment(P<0. 01). The total effective rate in observation group(96. 97%) was higher than that in control group(81. 25%)(P <0. 05). The incidence rates of erythra,gastrointestinal tract reaction,alanine transaminase elevation and local pain reaction in observation group during treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). Conclusions:Azithromycin combined with budesonide suspension liquid and salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can significantly improve the airway function and clinical effects,and reduce adverse reactions.
