乳房良性病变乳腔镜改良手术53例临床观察

目的:探讨乳腔镜手术治疗乳腺良性疾病的价值.方法:将102例临床病乳按手术方法分为乳腔镜手术组49例和乳腔镜改进组53例,比较其手术时间、切口愈合及部分并发症的发生情况.结果:乳腔镜改进组的手术时间和切口愈合时间均明显短于乳腔镜手术组(P<0.01).2组病人切口瘢痕愈合、乳头皮瓣坏死、上肢活动受限和麻痹等并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而乳腔镜改进组病人手术疼痛发生率低于乳腔镜手术组(P<0.05).结论:改进后的乳腔镜手术极大地简化了手术过程,缩短了手术时间,减少了疼痛的发生.

Clinical observation of the modified mastoscopic surgery in the treatment of breast benign diseases in 53 cases

Objective:To explore the value of the mastoscopic surgery in the treatment of breast benign diseases.Methods:One hundred and two patients with breast disease were divided into the mastoscopic surgery group(49 cases) and modified mastoscopic surgery group(53 cases).The operation time,incision healing and incidence rate of complication between two groups were compared.Results:The operation and wound healing times in modified mastoscopic surgery group were obviously shorter than those in mastoscopic surgery group(P<0.01).The differences of the incidence rates of incision scar healing,nipple flap necrosis,limited upper limb activity and paralysis between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the incidence rate of pain in modified mastoscopic surgery group was less than that in mastoscopic surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The modified mastoscopic surgery greatly simplifies the operation process,shortens the operation time,and reduces the incidence of pain.
