CTHRC1在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨乳腺癌中胶原三螺旋重复蛋白1(CTHRC1)的表达情况及其临床意义.方法 选择手术切除的乳腺癌组织及其配对的癌旁组织各120份,采用免疫组化SP法检测上述组织中CTHRC1蛋白的表达情况;分析CTHRC1蛋白表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 在120份乳腺癌组织中,CTHRC1蛋白阳性表达率为73.3%(88/120),高于癌旁组织的57.5%(69/120),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);CTHRC1蛋白表达在不同年龄、肿瘤直径的患者中比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),而在不同淋巴结转移、临床分期、分子分型和组织学分级的患者中比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 CTHRC1蛋白在乳腺癌的发生、发展中可能发挥着一定的作用,对乳腺癌的临床诊断、不良生物学行为的预测有一定的指导意义.

Expression and the clinical significance of CTHRC1 protein in breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of collagen triple helix repeat containing 1(CTHRC1)protein in patients with breast carcinoma,and their clinicopathologic significance.Method The expression of CTHRC1 in 120 cas-es of breast carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical SP method,the association between CTHRC1 protein ex-pression and clinicopathological features of breast carcinoma were analyzed.Result In the tissues sampled from 120 pa-tients with breast carcinoma,the positive expression rate of CTHRC1 protein was 73.3%(88/120),higher than that in ad-jacent tissues at 57.5%(69/120),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistical differences for the expression of CTHRC1 protein among patients in different age group and dissimilar tumor diameter(P>0.05);but lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,molecular classification,histological grading were associated with the expression of CTHRC1 protein,the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion CTHRC1 protein is involved in the occurrence and development of breast carcinoma,and may be utilized as a marker for determining the clinical diag-nosis and adverse biological behaviors of breast carcinoma.
