血清肿瘤标志物及免疫组化指标在不同临床病理特征胃腺癌患者中的表达水平

目的 研究血清肿瘤标志物及免疫组化指标在不同临床病理特征胃腺癌患者中的表达水平.方法回顾性分析106例胃腺癌患者的临床资料,比较分析血清肿瘤标志物和免疫组化指标在不同临床病理特征胃腺癌患者中的表达水平.结果不同临床分期胃腺癌患者的癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖链抗原125(CA125)表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同肿瘤直径胃腺癌患者的糖链抗原72-4(CA72-4)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)和CEA表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同淋巴结转移情况胃腺癌患者的CA72-4、CEA和CA125表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同胃壁浸润深度胃腺癌患者的CA72-4和CA19-9表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).不同肿瘤直径和临床分期胃腺癌患者的人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);不同病变类型、淋巴结转移情况和胃壁浸润深度胃腺癌患者的HER2表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论肿瘤标志物CA72-4、CEA、CA19-9及CA125的表达水平与胃腺癌患者的胃壁浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况和肿瘤直径有关;免疫组化指标HER2的表达水平与胃腺癌患者的肿瘤直径、临床分期有关.

Study on the expression of serum tumor markers and immunohistochemical index in patients with different pathological characteristics of gastric adenocarcinoma

Objective To study the expression levels of serum tumor markers and immunohistochemical index in pa-tients with different pathologic characteristics of gastric adenocarcinoma. Method A retrospective analysis of 106 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma was performed to compare the expression of immunohistochemical markers and serum tumor markers in patients with different pathological characteristics. Result The expression level of CAE and CA125 varied among patients with different clinical stages (P<0.05);the expression of CA72-4, CA19-9 and CEA were statistically dif-ferent in patients with inconsistent tumor size (P<0.05);CA72-4, CEA and CA125 were also associated with the status of lymph node metastasis (P<0.05);The expression of CA72-4 and CA19-9 were significantly related to the depth of gastric wall infiltration (P<0.05). The expression of HER2 was significantly correlated with the tumor diameter and clinical stage in these patients (P<0.05), while no significant difference was observed in patients with dissimilar pathological types, lymph node metastasis, and depth of gastric wall infiltration. Conclusion The tumor markers of CA72-4, CEA, CA19-9 and CA125 are associated with the depth of gastric wall infiltration, lymph node metastasis and the tumor size in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma;the immunohistochemical markers, HER2, is correlated with tumor size and clinical stage.
