临床护理联合居家自我护理在小儿哮喘中的应用

目的:探讨临床护理联合居家自我护理在小儿哮喘中的应用价值.方法:选取小儿哮喘60例,随机分为2组,各30例.对照组给予常规临床护理措施,观察组给予临床护理联合居家自我护理措施.比较2组哮喘控制有效率、复发率、症状消失时间和平均住院时间.结果:观察组患儿控制有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.01);观察组患儿复发率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05);观察组哮喘症状消失时间和住院时间亦均明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:临床护理联合居家自我护理应用于小儿哮喘,可提高哮喘控制有效率,降低复发率,并可促进哮喘症状改善,缩短住院时间,值得推广.

The application of clinical nursing combined with home self-care in children with asthma

Objective:To explore the application value of clinical nursing combined with home self-care in children with asthma. Methods:Sixty children with asthma were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(30 cases each group). The control group was nursed with routine method,and the observation was nursed with clinical nursing combined with home self-care. The effective rate of controlling asthma,recurrence rate of asthma,disappearance time of asthma symptom,and mean hospitalization time of patients between two groups were compared. Results:The effective rate of controlling asthma in observation group ( 96. 67%) was significantly higher than that in control group(63. 33%)(P<0. 01). The recurrence rate of asthma in observation group(6. 67%) was lower than that in control group(26. 67%)(P<0. 05). The disappearance time of asthma symptom and mean hospitalization time in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:Clinical nursing combined with home self-care for children with asthma can improve the effective rate of controlling asthma,reduce the recurrence rate of asthma,promote the improvement of asthma symptoms,and shorten the length of hospitalization time,which is worthy of promotion.
