以家庭为中心的护理指导在肠造口患儿家庭中的应用效果

目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理指导在小儿肠造口护理和患儿家庭中的应用效果.方法:采用方便抽样方法,选取2014年1月至2015年5月行肠造口手术的52例患儿及其家长,采用以家庭为中心的护理模式对家长进行干预,评估干预前后患儿家长的心理状况和患儿家长对疾病的知晓率.结果:干预期间,仅有5例患儿造口周围皮肤发生皮炎,给予护理指导后好转.患儿家长干预后的焦虑和抑郁得分均显著低于干预前(P<0.01),干预后患儿家长关于小儿肠造口护理知识的知晓率均显著高于干预前(P<0.01).结论:以家庭为中心的护理干预方案能有效减轻患儿家长的不良心理症状,明显提高患儿家长照护患儿的能力,大大减少患儿术后并发症的发生.

Effect of the family-centered care guidance on the families with enterostomy children

Objective:To explore the effects of the family-centered care guidance on the enterostomy children and their patient.Methods:The data of 52 children treated with enterostomy and their parent were collected using the method of convenient sampling from January 2014 to May 2015,and the parent were intervened with the family-centered care mode.The psychological condition and disease awareness of parents were evaluated before and after intervention.Results:During the intervention,5 cases with skin dermatitis around stoma were found,and which was improved after care guidance.The scores of anxiety and depression of parent after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01).The awareness of pediatric colostomy nursing knowledge in parent after intervention was significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusions:The family-centered care mode can effectively alleviate the psychological burden of parent,significantly improve the ability of taking care of infants with stoma of parent,and reduce the postoperative complications.
