鼻内镜及微型吸切器结合支撑喉镜在声带息肉摘除术中的应用

目的:分析鼻内镜及微型吸切器结合支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉的效果.方法:选取声带息肉病人62例,分别采用传统的支撑喉镜下手术(对照组,30例)和鼻内镜及微型吸切器结合支撑喉镜下手术(观察组,32例)切除,手术均在全身麻醉下进行,术后3~12个月进行随访,观察2组病人的住院时间、临床疗效、复发情况.结果:所有病人手术均一次性成功,观察组住院时间(6.94±0.76)d明显短于对照组(7.83±1.26)d(P<0.01),治愈率为90.6%明显高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.01).结论:鼻内镜及微型吸切器在治疗声带息肉中为病人缩短了住院时间,治愈率明显提高,是此类声带息肉病人较好的手术方式.

Application of nasal endoscopy and microdebrider combined with supporting laryngoscope in the excision of the vocal cords polyp

Objective:To analyze the effects of the nasal endoscopy and microdebrider combined with supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of the vocal cords polyp. Methods:Sixty two vocal cord polyp patients were treated with surgical resection under supporting laryngoscope(control group,30 cases)and nasal endoscopy and microdebrider combined with supporting laryngoscope (observation group,32 cases) respectively. All operations were performed under general anesthesia,and all cases were followed up for 3 months to 12 months. The hospital stay,clinical effects and recurrence in two groups were observed. Results:All patients were one-time success. The hospital stay in observation group(6. 94 ± 0. 76)d was obviously shorter than that in control group(7. 83 ± 1. 26)d(P<0. 01),and the cure rate in observation group(90. 6%) was significantly higher than that in control group(63. 3%)(P<0. 01). Conclusions:Nasal endoscopy and microdebrider in the treatment of vocal cord polyp can shorten the hospital stay,and improve the cure rate of patients, which is the better surgical treatment.
