| Abstract: | Bronchiectasis is a chronic, usually progressive, respiratory disease characterized by dilatation and thickening of the bronchi. Its pathogenetic basis is bronchi's inflammatory damage,obstruction and their interaction. Inflammatory cell and eytokine have an important effect on the inflammation of the bronchiectatic airway. |
