实验性骨质疏松大鼠骨组织内Ⅰ型胶原mRNA的表达水平

目的 为了探讨在骨质疏松发生过程中骨合成的改变，检测去势大鼠骨组织Ⅰ型胶原ｍＲＮＡ的表达水平。方法 切除ＳＤ大鼠双侧卵巢，复制骨质疏松动物模型，从骨组织内提取ＲＮＡ，以地高辛标记的点杂交方法检测去势和对照组Ⅰ型胶原ｍＲＢＡ的表达。结果 去势大鼠骨组织Ⅰ型胶原ｍＲＮＡ的滴度较对照组明显降低。结论骨质疏松发生过程中有风Ⅰ型胶原ｍＲＮＡ表达的下降，提示骨质疏松不仅涉及骨吸收，还有骨合成的降低。
