| 摘 要： | 用滋阴活血中药治疗老年黄斑变性早期患者３１例，并与口服西药维生素Ｅ和Ｃ对照组３０例对照，观察时间为３年，结果治疗组在玻璃膜疣变化，视力变化，Ａｍｓｌｅｒ表中心视野改善及血清性激素改变方面疗效明显优于对照组。提示滋阴活血中药有助于ＡＭＤ早期的治疗。

| Abstract: | 31 patients (45 eyes, treatment group ) with early AMD were treated with Yin - nourishing and Blood - activating method and 30 patients (44 eyes, control group) treated with vitamin E and Vitamin C for 3 years. The results showed that the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in the changes of drusen, visual acuity, the center visual field of Amsler and serum sexual hormones , and that the treatment of Yin - nourishing and Blood - activating method benefited the cure of early AME. |
