| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗中老年性骨质疏松症97例的临床疗效。方法：97例均采用口服阿法骨化醇胶丸和内服自拟黄走碎仙固疏汤。结果：随访97例,时间1~2.5年,所有骨折患者均已治愈,疗效评价标准采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评定,治疗前后P值有显著差异;BMD的t值均有提高,脊柱椎体BMD的t值最少提高0.013,最多提高0.052,平均t值提高0.032;股骨上端BMD的t值最少提高0.016,最多提高0.056,平均t值提高0.036。结论：说明中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症有较好疗效。
