多层螺旋CT血管成像在肝门胆管癌可切除性评估中的应用

目的 总结多层螺旋CT血管成像技术在肝门部胆管癌术前评估中的应用体会。方法 对2007～2008年7例肝门部胆管癌患者术前行多层螺旋CT检查并行肝动脉及门静脉CT成像。成像方法包括多层面重建（MPR）、最大密度投影（MIP）、曲面重建（CPR）、容积再现（VR）、表面遮盖成像（SSD），并与手术探查结果对比。结果 全部患者血管成像均一次顺利完成检查，清晰显示血管分支、走行及周围结构的关系，与手术结果基本一致。结论 多层螺旋CT血管成像多种后处理方法的综合应用有利于全面显示肝门胆管癌与周围血管的关系，对手术方式及可切除性有一定应用价值。

The evaluation application of MDCT vascular imaging in liver bile duct carcinoma

Objective To summarize multislice CT angiography imaging technology in liver door department cholangiocarcinoma preoperative assessment of the application experience.Methods From 2007 to 2008 year,7 cases liver bile duct cancer door preoperative line MDCT check hepatic artery and portal vein parallel CT imaging.Imaging methods including many levels(MPR),largest reconstruction density projection(MIP),surface reconstruction(CPR),volume representation(VR),surface cover imaging(SSD),and the results were compared with surgical exploration.Results All patients vascular imaging procedure was completed inspection,clear display vascular branches,direction and surrounding structure,the relation between the and surgical results are basically the same.Conclusion Multislice CT angiography imaging post-processing method to display the integrated application of comprehensive liver bile duct carcinoma and peripheral vascular door in relation to the operation method and the resectable sex have certain application value.
