随着现代医学的发展和临床护理模式的转变,生物-心理-社会医学模式,已逐渐取代了旧的医学模式,即每种疾病的发生,发展与转归,都与生物因素,心理因素和社会因素有关。而"保护生命、减轻痛苦、促进健康"的现代护理观也是建立在生物-心理-社会模式上的多元化护理模式,即:把环境,生物,心理和社会因素在疾病发生过程中的影响加以认真分析,并施以心身的整体护理。具体要求则是护理工作应多方位地开展其服务内容。

Objective]With the development of modern medicine and the transformation of clinical nursing model,the bio-psycho-social medical model has gradually replaced the old model,namely the occurrence,development and outcome of every disease are related to biological factors,psychological factors and social factors.Furthermore,the modern nursing concept of life protection,pain reduction and health promotion is a diversified nursing model based on the bio-psycho-social model,which includes carrying out the serious analysis on the effect of environmental factors,biological factors,psychological factors and social factors during the illness development,and implementing the complete mental and physical cares.The detailed requirement is clinical care should provide services at multiple levels.
