| 摘 要： | 目的了解和分析评价我院降糖药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以我院2011年降糖药物消耗记录为依据,采用金额排序和频度分析法,分析统计降糖药物的用药金额,各类药物用药金额排序、DDDs、DDC排序。结果生物合成人胰岛素30R排列第一,消渴丸排列第二,吡格列酮排列第三。结论我院降糖药物的品种比较齐全,使用比较合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand and analyze antidiabetic drugs usage in our hospital,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Based on the consumption record of hypoglycemic drugs in 2011,adopt the amount sort and frequency analysis methods to analyze antidiabetic drugs amount of medication,all kinds of drugs in the amount of sorting,and the order of DDDs and DDC.Result Recombinant Human insulin 30R as the first,Xiaoke Wan as the second,Pioglitazone as the third.Conclusion Hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital are relatively complete,and the utilization is rational. |
