中西医结合治疗肾虚型先兆流产的临床观察

目的:用滋肾安胎方结合注射绒促性腺激素、黄体酮治疗肾虚型先兆流产的临床观察。探讨其对孕酮水平低下所致先兆流产的影响。方法:将128例中医辨证为肾虚型并检测到孕酮水平过低所致的先兆流产的患者随机分为两组,治疗组64例为用滋肾安胎方结合注射绒促性腺激素、黄体酮治疗,对照组为64例单纯用注射绒促性腺激素、黄体酮治疗,两组均为2周一个疗程,观察两组临床疗效及对孕酮的影响。结果:治疗组治愈率87.5%,对照组治愈率62.5%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义,(P0.05),两组治疗后血清孕酮比较差异均有统计学意义,(P0.05)。结论:滋肾安胎方结合注射绒促性腺激素、黄体酮治疗肾虚型(孕酮水平过低)先兆流产疗效确切。值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating kidney deficiency threatened abortion in the integrative medicine

Objective:Zishen Antai recipe plus injection velvet gonadotropin,progesterone were used to treat kidney deficiency threatened abortion.Methods:128 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups;the treated group(64)was given Zishen Antai recipe plus injection velvet gonadotropin,progesterone;the control group was given injection velvet gonadotropin,progesterone purely,2 weeks for a course,observing clinical effects.Results:The cure rate was 87.5% in the treated group,62.5% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Difference of serum progesterone were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Antai recipe plus injection velvet gonadotropin,progesterone were effective in treating kidney deficiency threatened abortion,worthy of clinical use.
