下腔静脉滤器应用回顾及展望

摘    要:下腔静脉滤器是一种为了阻挡血栓上行从而预防肺动脉栓塞发生的滤过装置,其发展经历了较为漫长的历史。随着滤器应用的逐渐广泛,效果好、并发症少的可回收型滤器成为发展方向。相关研究对不同滤器的效果及并发症进行比较,总结出一定规律,本文就此进行简要综述。

Abstract:Inferior vena cava (IVC) filter is a device designed for preventing emboli floating up, so as to avoid pulmonary embolism(PE). There has been a long history for its development. With widely used nowadays, effective and retrievable IVC filters with less-complications lead the developing trend. Some correlated researches have compared various filters for the performance, and acquired valuable experiences. This article briefly reviewed these aspects mentioned.
