| 摘 要： | 目的：研究半乳糖凝集素1（galectin-1）在胃癌组织中的表达,分析其在胃癌生长、侵袭中的作用.方法：外科手术切除的胃癌组织及胃切缘组织标本30例,采用RT-PCR方法从mRNA表达水平检测胃癌组织及远癌切端胃组织中Ga-lectin-1的表达情况,并用免疫组织化学SABC法检测Galec-tin-1蛋白表达及其微血管密度（MVD）.结果：胃癌组织Ga-lectin-1 mRNA及蛋白表达水平、MVD均分别显著高于远癌切端胃组织,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.胃癌组织Ga-lectin-1 mRNA和蛋白表达水平在不同浸润深度、TNM分期中具有显著差异（P〈0.05）.MVD在不同浸润深度、TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中具有显著差异（P〈0.05）.胃癌组织Galectin-1 mRNA和蛋白表达水平与胃癌MVD具有显著的正相关（P〈0.05）.结论：Galectin-1参与胃癌生长和侵袭,可作为诊断、判断进展程度及预后的指标.

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the expression of Galectin-1 in gastric cancer and to analyze its correlation with the invasion of gastric cancer.
