胰岛素皮下连续输注治疗2型糖尿病高血糖状态

目的观察胰岛素皮下连续脉冲式输注对2型糖尿病患者高血糖状态强化治疗的效果。方法将135例2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规多次皮下胰岛素注射组68例和CSII组67例进行强化胰岛素治疗。结果CSII组患者血糖达标时间和胰岛素的用量明显少于MSII组;低血糖的发生风险在两组患者间差异没有显著性。结论对于2型糖尿病患者高血糖状态,CSII强化治疗较MSII治疗具有更多的优点,可能是最合适的胰岛素治疗方案。

Intensive Therapy of Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion on Type 2 Diabetes Mellites

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive therapy of CSII on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with hyperglycemia. Methods 135 patients were randomly divided into MSII group (68 cases) and CSII group (67 cases). Results The time when the goal of blood glucose control was arrived in CSII group was shorter than that in MSII group,and the total and basal insulin administration dose in CSII group was lower than that in MSII group; the rate of hypoglycemia in two groups was no difference. Conclusions For Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with hyperglycemia, CSII is better than MSII. CSII may be an ideal method of insulin therapy in these patients
