摘    要:本文介绍了RGS蛋白对阿片受体-腺苷酸环化酶活性的调节;阿片受体长期激活对细胞内钙离子、细胞浆酸碱度以及线粒体膜电势的影响;以及阿片受体不通过G蛋白对细胞膜外向整流钾通道的调节机理。

Abstract:The modulation of RGS protein on opioid receptor and adenyl cyclase; the influence on inner cell calcium, the acidity in cell plasma and the mitochondrial membrane potential after long term activation of opioid receptor; the possible mechanism about the modulatory effect of opioid receptor on outwardly rectifying potassium channel which were independent of G protein were talked about in this article.
