老年高血压患者84例血脂情况分析

目的了解70岁以上老年高血压患者血脂情况,为高血压的防治提供依据。方法对84例70岁以上高血压患者采静脉血检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果高血压组TG、TC、LDL-C比对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。高血压组中血脂异常者17例,占20.24%,男女差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。17例血脂异常的患者中,以单纯TC升高、单纯LDL-C升高、TG加LDL-C升高为主,各占7.14%,16.67%,4.76%.结论70岁以上高血压患者血脂水平比同龄健康老人高。血脂异常以单纯TG升高、单纯LDL-C升高、TG加LDL-C升高为主。提示治疗老年高血压患者时应注意检测血脂水平,在降压的同时进行合理的调脂治疗,以更好地稳定血压,改善高血压患者的预后,并且应重视TG水平的调控。

Blood lipid level of 84 elder patients with hypertensive

Objective To survey the lipid level in elderly hypertensive patients over 70 years old,so as to provide evidence for hypertension prevention and treatment.Methods Collected vein blood of 84 hypertensive patients over 70 years old and dectected the Values of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceridemia（TG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）.Results Values of TC,TG and LDL-C of the patient group were obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There were 17 abnormal blood lipid patients in the hypertensive patient group（20.24%）,while no difference between man and women（P〈0.05）.In 17 abnormal blood lipid patients,TC raised,LDL-C raised,TG and LDL-C raised account for 7.14%,16.67% and 4.76%.Conclusion The lipid level in hypertensive patients over 70 years old is higher than health old people of the same age.Abnormal blood lipid is dominated by TG,TC and TG plus TC levels raised.It suggests that while treating elder hypertensive patients,we should pay attention to dectect blood lipid level and rational adjust blood lipid,in order to stabilize blood pressure much better and improve the prognosis of hypertensive patients.We also should pay attention to the adjustment of TG level.
