| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年胃癌患者适宜的心理干预措施及其效果。方法对老年胃癌患者于人院后24h内进行心理状态评估，选取量表评分高于常模、心理反应较重的60例老年胃癌化疗患者作为本研究的对象，将60名老年胃癌患者按照入院先后顺序分为对照组（n=30）和干预组（n=30）。两组患者均接受病房护士的常规心理护理，在此基础上干预组患者还接受研究者依据心理干预模式给予的心理干预。化疗前、化疗后24h两组患者再次评估。结果实施干预后，干预组和对照组患者的焦虑、孤独得分以及情绪总分表现出明显的下降趋势，组间比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对状态和原因的心理干预措施可较明显地降低老年患者化疗前的各种负性情绪，且尤以对焦虑、孤独及总体负性情绪的影响大。
