| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging on posterior circulation ischemic(PCI)vertigo.METHODS The imaging data about magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)of 75 patients with PCI vertigo were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Simple function change of vertebrobasilar artery lesions was found in 52 cases(69%).The patients older than 50 years were found in 64 cases(85%).There was significant difference in the causes of vertigo among the different age groups... |
