葛根素注射液在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的作用

目的探讨葛根素注射液在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的作用。方法将122例住院的不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组给予标准治疗,而葛根素组在标准治疗基础上加用葛根素注射液,观察心绞痛发作的频率以及病情加重进展为心肌梗死的病例数。结果加用葛根素的治疗组心绞痛发作的频率明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.22,P〈0.05）;两组进展为心肌梗死的病例比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.03,P〉0.05）。结论葛根素通过扩张冠状动脉,增加冠状动脉血流量,改善微循环,抑制血小板聚集,故有减少心绞痛发作频率和改善患者症状的作用。
