| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the change of ICAM-1 expression in nasal mucosa and serum of allergic rhinitis(AR) patients before and after specific immunotherapy(SIT).METHODS The expression of ICAM-1 in nasal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry method in AR patients and control group.ICAM-1 in serum of AR patients and controls was determined by ELISA.RESULTS The level of ICAM-1 in nasal mucosa and in serum of AR patients before SIT was higher than that in control group and patients after SIT.CONCLUSION ICAM-... |
