谷氨酰胺治疗肠易激综合征的临床探讨

目的探讨肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床治疗方法,观察谷氨酰胺联合曲美布汀片口服治疗的效果。方法将158例肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,A组应用谷氨酰胺联合曲美布汀,B组应用黄连素联合金双歧胶囊,进行2周治疗观察,观察两组患者腹痛、腹胀、腹泻的轻重程度及发作频率的变化,记录不良反应。结果两组患者单项症状计分和总症状计分均明显下降,临床症状均有改善,总有效率及对腹泻的疗效A组高于B组（86.08%vs 72.15%;87.34%vs83.54%）,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对腹痛、腹胀的疗效A组优于B组（92.41%vs 60.76%;91.14%vs63.29%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论谷氨酰胺联合曲美布汀组能明显改善IBS的症状,安全有效。
