丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测对治疗小儿周期性呕吐综合征的临床意义

目的:探讨血药浓度监测对丙戊酸钠治疗周期性呕吐综合征的临床意义。方法:将我院2001年5月~2009年2月收治的35例周期性呕吐综合征患儿使用赛庚啶、胞二磷胆碱治疗后仍反复发作加用丙戊酸钠治疗,固定给药时间和给药间隔,同时定期进行血药浓度监测,根据血药浓度分为两组,血药浓度<50μg/mL为A组,血药浓度50~100μg/mL为B组,并对两组病人呕吐停止时间、1年内发作次数进行统计学分析。结果:丙戊酸钠血药浓度50~100μg/mL比血药浓度<50μg/mL更能缩短呕吐时间,降低发作次数。结论:丙戊酸钠是治疗周期性呕吐有效的药物,丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测对周期性呕吐综合征的治疗有重要临床意义。
