摘    要:目的对我国核工业某研究院职工的全死因及恶性肿瘤死亡进行多因素分析.方法采用FoxPro建立关系型流行病学数据库,使用SPSS .0统计软件,对该研究院职工全死因和恶性肿瘤死亡进行非条件logistic回归模型分析.结果 1980年底的累积剂量未被选入方程;随访终止时的年龄、吸烟同全死因死亡呈正相关(P均<0.05);性别(P>0.05)、放射工龄(P<0.05)同全死因死亡呈负相关.随访终止时的年龄、吸烟同恶性肿瘤死亡呈正相关(P均<0.05);性别同恶性肿瘤死亡呈负相关(P>0.05).结论从本文的多因素回归分析中,未见小剂量外照射所致的有害效应,但吸烟对该研究院职工全死因和恶性肿瘤死亡所带来的危险是不容忽视的.

Abstract:Objective To conduct a multi factorial analysis on total death and malignant tumor death among the staff in one nuclear industry institute. Methods FoxPro software was used to establish the database; SPSS software was used to carry out the unconditional logistic regression analysis on causes of total death and malignant tumor death. Results It showed that the accumulated radiation dose by the end of 1980 was not selected into the regression equation. The associations of attained age and smoking with both total death and malignant tumor death were all positive ( P <0.05) ; the association of sex( P >0.05) with both total death and malignant tumor death were all negative ( P >0.05) and radiological working duration ( P <0.05) with total death were negative. Conclusion This paper suggest that no harm effects of low dose external irradiation were observed in this multi factorial analysis; however, more attention should be paid on the risk of total death and malignant tumor death induced by smoking in this nuclear industry institute.
