| 摘 要： | 目的：了解包头市中学生近视状况及影响因素。方法：采取随机整群抽样、问卷调查方法，对包头市4所中学共912名中学生进行调查。用Logistic回归多因素分析筛检影响近视因素。结果：多因素Logistic回归分析显示，读书时眼与书的距离、父母近视、缺乏体育锻炼、性别、每天做家庭作业的时间是中学生近视的主要影响因素。结论：把父母近视的中学生作为预防近视的重点人群，限制学生做作业的时间、增加体育锻炼、注意读写姿势等作为预防近视的重点工作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the prevalence and the prediposing factors of myopia among middle school students in Baotou.Methods: A total of 912 the middle school students in 4 schools were selected by cluster sampling method.Logistic regression was used to analyze risk factors related to myopia.Results: Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that parents with myopia,improper reading posture,lacking of physical exercises,hours spent in doing homework every night,gender were the main risk factors fo... |
