真皮下血管网皮片自体移植超微结构动态观察

摘    要:报道了真皮下血管网皮片自体移植超微结构动态变化。真皮下血管网皮片自体移植术后1 d,其真皮和表皮超微结构改变均甚轻微;术后2 d,被移植的皮片固缩、电子密度增高,结构不清;自术后第3 d 移植皮片的组织和细胞超微结构逐日趋向恢复;至术后7 d 已复原。近全厚皮片自体移植术后1 d 即明显固缩,至术后7 d 其超微结构仍未恢复,对产生上述结果的机理作了讨论。

Abstract:The dynamic ultrastructural changes in fransplanting free skin grafts with a preserved subcetaneous vascular network were reported chiefly.After transplanting operation of free skin grafts with a preserved vascular network the first day,the alteration of free skin grafts (both dermis and epidermis) was light.During the second day,transplanted epidermal cells showed atrophy and were not ultrastructurally clear,their electron density was denser;transplanted dermal collageneous fibril was swollen and its electron density was decreased.From the third day,tissues and cells of the previously mentioned grafts tend to improve with each passing day,and they had restored ultrastructurally up till the seventh day.The transplanted free skin without subcutaneous tissue showed atrophy after transplanted operation the first day,and they did not still recover ultrastracturally until the seventh day.The mechanism of producing the above mentioned results were discused.
